Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Add the ground beef, the breadcrumbs, the onion, the egg, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the Italian seasoning, the salt, and the pepper to a bowl and mix until fully combined.

Step 3 -Transfer the meat mixture to a shallow baking dish and form it into a loaf shape.

Step 4 -Brush the barbeque sauce over the top of the meatloaf.

Step 5 -Bake until the meatloaf is firm and set, about 55 minutes-1 hour.
